Maker Fest
A Day of Inspiring Inventions sponsored by University of Hull
Maker Fest brings together crafters, coders, hackers, DIYers and inventors from across the region and beyond who love to make things and want to share their passion with the public.
Great fun for adults and children alike, try your hand at a wide range of activities from traditional crafts to hi-tech hacks. Get crafty with a soldering iron, marvel at robots, hack computers and feed your mind with the fascinating displays and shows. You’ll learn new things, deepen existing knowledge and be inspired whilst having fun!
Once inspired, you can also buy kits to take home and make yourself or even buy the finished articles from the makers themselves.
