Aviatrix

Bringing together a selection of artists whose collaboration defies geographical co-ordinates Aviatrix takes a microscope to the now fragmented landscape Amy Johnson saw from above. 

Creating sound worlds within each track, vivid sensations from video and the live presence of a performer the ensemble wield the three-dimensionality of their borderless imaginations to uncover personal stories of navigating the things that divide us. 

Aviatrix is an Amy Johnson Festival Commission created and performed by 9T Antiope (Iran), Quds Art Films (Palestine) and Ensemble 52 (UK).
