Wings and the woman – The Golden Age of Aviation
Wings and the woman – The Golden Age of Aviation
Artist – Helen Dodds
Design Description
My moth uses real gold alluding to the Golden Age of aviation. The design incorporates the sun and clouds inspired by art deco, and also tracks Amy’s flight path. The migratory swallows are symbolic of the freedom of the skies we enjoy today.
