Design Description

This design is based on the 1930’s art movement ‘Art Deco’, showing its strong geometric pattern and bright ‘optimistic’ colours. Within the wings section are a swirl of all the flags of the countries Amy passed through in her epic 1930 flight.

Artist Statement

I am a full time artist based in Beverley. I produce highly coloured acrylic paintings which I sell in galleries throughout the UK. I also licence my designs for wall art and cards with major retail outlets. My work is also used regularly by T.V. programmes.
